Liquid-Liquid Interfaces

Here we learn step-by-step how to simulate the formation of an interface between immiscible liquids using GROMACS. The two liquids we consider are water and hexane, which do not mix with each other at room conditions. Later a pentanol is added to the system in order to observe how adsorption of alchol at the interface may affect surface tension. Please reference this tutorial as doi:10.5281/zenodo.17753145
