AWH Advance

Here we learn step-by-step how to sample the folding process of the protein chigolin using AWH in GROMACS. We advice to perform the tutorial AWH Basic (doi:10.5281/zenodo.16793062) before this. During this tutorial, you will get familiar with AWH using a 2-dimensional bias, learn the concepts of multiple walkers and the trasformation pull coordinate.
